Position Level Senior Executive Requirements • At least a Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing / Industrial / Business / Marketing or equivalent • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel • Able to work independently. • Minimum 5 years related working experiences. Responsibilities • Coordinate shipment/truck booking • Check forwarding/ocean freight/local charge etc. • Prepare shipping documents eg: invoice, packing list and etc. • Handle sample/document courier • Log in customer portal to update/ upload shipment related info • Liaise with store department on goods readiness • Undertake assignment, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required Qualification Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
